Birley Chiropractic & Podiatry is a family-run clinic, owned and managed by husband-and-wife team Adam and Helen. Adam took over the clinic in 2010, when it was a small, part-time practice with just two treatment rooms. Over the years, the clinic has grown into a busy four-room practice, and Adam is incredibly proud to have built a fantastic team of dedicated practitioners.

Marc completed his Master’s degree in Chiropractic at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in South Wales. Following graduation, he returned home to Yorkshire and joined Birley Chiropractic & Podiatry, where he has now been part of the team for over 10 years. During his time at the clinic, Marc has gained extensive experience treating patients of all ages and from all walks of life.

Mo completed his Master’s degree in Chiropractic at the AECC in Bournemouth. After graduating, he returned home to Yorkshire and joined the team at Birley Chiropractic & Podiatry. Mo treats a wide range of complaints and injuries and enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Building strong relationships with his patients is particularly important to Mo.

Helen is a qualified Podiatrist who graduated from the University of Huddersfield with First Class Honours. She has a compassionate and patient-focused approach and is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care for a wide range of foot and ankle problems.

Steph graduated as a Podiatrist from the University of Huddersfield and went on to spend many years working within the NHS. During this time, she developed a particular specialism in nail surgery and gained valuable experience treating a wide variety of foot and lower-limb conditions.

Rizwana gained valuable clinical experience working within the NHS before joining Birley Chiropractic & Podiatry Clinic in 2025. Rizwana treats conditions including ingrown toenails, verrucae, corns and fungal infections, providing patients with professional and personalised care.

Michelle joined the clinic in 2009 after graduating from the University of Huddersfield with a BSc in Podiatry. Having been part of the team for many years, Michelle has become a familiar and trusted face to generations of patients. Michelle is known for her friendly and approachable manner and has built a loyal following over the years.

Nicola is a registered Foot Health Practitioner who is passionate about helping people keep their feet healthy, comfortable and pain-free. She provides professional foot care for a wide range of routine foot health problems and understands how much of a difference comfortable feet can make to everyday life.

Vash graduated with a degree in Sports Therapy from Leeds university. He specialises in the treatment of sports injuries and uses a variety of techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and taping to get you out of pain and back to full fitness fast.
